Shipping Policy
1. All products are priced in USD. Our online store operates in USD to make it more universally-friendly (as many of our customers are from all around the world).
2. International shipping is available. All products are packaged and shipped from our studio based in Singapore.
3. For standard shipping, all orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. We will inform you if there are any further delays. You should be able to receive your order between 3-14 business days after it’s been shipped. However, the delivery time may vary, depending on the destination postal services.
4. For express shipping, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days, at additional costs. The delivery time is between 5-7 business days. Please email us if you prefer this shipping option.
5. All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers. Shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
6. All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
7. Once an order ships, the customer will be responsible for tracking their order/s.
8. Upon shipping out your order, the destination postal service will be liable for shipping time and delivery. Please check with your local post office if there are any delays for your order.
9. If you’ve placed an order for more than 14 business days and you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office with the tracking number provided.
10. The customer is responsible for any custom duty or additional taxes that is required, based on your country's import laws and regulations. Please check with your local postal authority if you have questions on the above.
Return Policy
1. All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
2. If you receive a damaged product, please email us with pictures of the damaged product to discuss a replacement.
3. See You See Me Studio reserves the right to issue a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
